Ongine Computing recently joined by Exiphy, a high speed SerDes IP expert based in California, to further strengthen our effort in the field of AI computing chiplets interconnect technology.

Ongine Computing,  an AI computing infrastructure company, strives to improve energy efficiency of optical and electrical links in AI computing systems; Our CLO^TM (Cool Light Ongine) and Silicon Photonics Interposer technology significantly cut the power of the 800G, 1.6T and 3.2T optical links with < 2pJ/bit energy efficiency compared to on-the-market solutions which sit around 8~15pJ/bit; Meanwhile CLO^TM technology presents one order of magnitude lower latency.
